HNF Legacy provides the following services:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements signed between HNF Legacy and the client prior to the commencement of services.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information required to perform services
• Grant necessary access to ad accounts, websites, or platforms as required
• Make timely payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure that all materials, content, and information provided to HNF Legacy comply with applicable laws
• Not misrepresent your business, products, or services in any way

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in your individual service contract. General terms include:

• Setup fees are due before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly retainer payments are due on the agreed billing date each month
• All ad spend is billed separately and is the sole responsibility of the client
• Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

Results & Performance

HNF Legacy makes no guarantees of specific results, revenues, or return on investment. Digital advertising performance is subject to many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Market conditions and local competition
• Seasonal demand fluctuations
• Platform algorithm changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Client's responsiveness to leads and follow-up
• Quality and conversion of the client's own products or services

While we share real case study data and historical performance, past results do not guarantee future outcomes. We commit to best-effort campaign management and transparent reporting at all times.

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, automation workflows, and strategic frameworks developed by HNF Legacy remain the intellectual property of HNF Legacy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment of all outstanding balances, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables produced specifically for their campaigns. HNF Legacy retains the right to reference client work (in anonymized form) as case studies and portfolio examples unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, pricing, or business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

HNF Legacy will not share client-specific campaign data, results, or business information with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as outlined in the individual service contract. General termination terms include:

• A minimum notice period as specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days)
• All outstanding invoices become immediately due upon termination
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• HNF Legacy will provide a transition period and handover of applicable assets upon request

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HNF Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of our services.

HNF Legacy's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve the use of third-party platforms including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, and others. HNF Legacy is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or pricing
• Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party platforms
• Data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party systems
• The privacy practices or terms of service of third-party platforms

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

Changes to These Terms

HNF Legacy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
